Product Introduction

  Curing salt is unrefined coarse salt. Compared to table salt, curing salt contains a higher proportion of magnesium chloride and some impurities. In contrast, table salt’s main component is sodium chloride, along with small amounts of moisture, other impurities, and trace elements such as iron, phosphorus, and iodine. Curing salt is primarily used for curing meats and pickled vegetables. Curing salt has large granules and appears milky white, completely transparent, or pale beige.
