Product Introduction
Edible salt refers to processed salt whose primary component is sodium chloride, obtained from seawater, underground rock (mineral) salt deposits, or natural brine (saline water). It does not include low-sodium salt. The main component of edible salt is sodium chloride (NaCl), and it also contains small amounts of moisture, impurities, as well as trace elements such as iron, phosphorus, and iodine. Salt is a colorless, transparent cubic crystal with a melting point of 801°C, a boiling point of 1413°C, and a relative density of 2.165.
