Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Conducts the 7th focused learning Session of the Party Committee’s Theoretical Study Center Group for 2025 and a Special Symposium on Ideological Work.

On July 29, Xiangyu Salt & Chemical held the 7th centralized study session of the Party Committee’s theoretical study group for 2025, along with a special seminar on ideological work. The meeting focused on two main themes: “In-depth Study and Education on the Spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Provisions” and “Studying General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Statements on Ideological Work.” Liu Xingzhong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the company’s leadership team attended the meeting and engaged in exchanges and discussions around these key themes.

Before the meeting, participants engaged in self-study of “Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Statements on Strengthening Party Conduct” and “The Eight-Point Regulations That Have Changed China.” During the meeting, attendees focused on studying the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 21st collective study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, as well as content from “Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Statements on Strengthening Party Conduct,” “Ideology Is Related to the Banner, the Path, and National Political Security,” and “Building a Socialist Ideology with Strong Cohesion and Leadership.” The meeting also conveyed and studied the Group’s “Notice on Three Typical Cases of Drunk Driving and Driving Under the Influence” and “Notice on Three Typical Cases of Violations of the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulations.” Furthermore, the meeting communicated the spirit of the Group’s First Congress of Party Members and the Analysis Meeting on Business Performance for the First Half of 2025. At the meeting, the “Work Report on Ideology for the First Half of 2025 by Xiangyu Salt & Chemical” was also presented.

Comrades Li Chengke, Luo Cheng, and Chen Jing delivered speeches on the theme of “How leaders of state-owned enterprises can implement the responsibility system for ideological work and promote high-quality enterprise development,” drawing on their respective areas of responsibility.

The meeting emphasized that, in carrying out in-depth study and education on the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation, we must further strengthen conduct building and innovate working methods. We should integrate conduct building with the implementation of tasks and the promotion of enterprise development, and combine fostering a clean and upright corporate environment with boosting the enterprise’s efficient production and operations.

The meeting emphasized that ideological work is an extremely important task for the Party, and we must squarely face the complex environment, strengthen our sense of potential risks, and fortify our ideological defenses. All grassroots Party branches should place ideological work in a prominent position, earnestly keep track of employees’ thoughts and sentiments, seize the initiative in ideological work, and resonate with the company’s corporate culture and business philosophy—“Harmony, Progress, Excellence, and Innovation”—to inspire employees to love their jobs, dedicate themselves wholeheartedly, and take an active, enterprising, and selfless attitude toward their work, thereby pooling strength for the company’s high-quality development.
