The trade union of Hunan Salt Industry Group “brings cool relief” to frontline workers at Xiangyu Salt & Chemical.

Since the start of summer, temperatures have continued to rise. To show care and concern for its employees, the trade union of Hunan Salt Industry Group has taken proactive measures and launched the “Cooling Delivered in Summer” campaign. On July 23, Wang Habin, Vice Chairman of the Group’s trade union and a director of Xuetian Salt Industry, led a team to Xiangyu Salt & Chemical, bringing a touch of coolness to employees working tirelessly under the scorching heat.

The group’s trade union has carefully prepared Wang Lao Ji herbal tea for frontline workers. In the production workshop, Wang Habin handed bags of Wang Lao Ji to the workers one by one, engaging in warm and friendly conversations with them, asking about their work and living conditions. At the same time, he reminded everyone to pay attention to their health, take proper measures to prevent heatstroke and stay cool, and arrange their working hours reasonably to avoid any physical discomfort caused by the high temperatures. Wang Habin also learned that the Xiangyu trade union had carried out a variety of “delivering coolness” activities during this year’s major overhaul period, and expressed that the trade union truly cares about its members, strives to enhance their well-being, and effectively provides comprehensive care for their physical and mental health.

After receiving the cooling supplies, everyone wore joyful smiles on their faces. They all expressed that the group’s care had warmed their hearts deeply.
