In accordance with the requirements of Document No. 550 [2026] issued by the Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Chongqing Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, and the Chongqing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau—titled “Notice on Carrying Out the 2026 Clean Production Audit”—Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. is required to conduct a mandatory clean production audit. During the operational period, our company’s major emissions consist of gaseous and liquid effluents, which primarily contain nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, particulate matter, ammonia nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and total phosphorus—none of which are classified as toxic or hazardous substances. The company obtained a pollutant discharge permit on July 16, 2025, and the discharge levels of the aforementioned pollutants all comply with the total‑quantity control requirements.

The solid waste generated by the company primarily comprises general solid waste and hazardous waste. The generation and disposal of solid waste are summarized in the table below.

7. Status of Implementation of Environmental Risk Prevention and Control Measures in Accordance with the Law
In May 2024, our company completed the “Risk Assessment Report on Sudden Environmental Incidents of Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.,” the “Survey Report on Emergency Supplies for Sudden Environmental Incidents of Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.,” and the “Emergency Response Plan for Sudden Environmental Incidents of Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.” These documents have been filed with the ecological and environmental authorities. The enterprise has been classified as having a “relatively high environmental risk,” with the most likely types of sudden environmental incidents being fires, explosions, hazardous waste leaks, and abnormal operation of pollution‑control facilities.
In response to potential risk incidents, the enterprise has implemented risk prevention measures and developed an emergency response plan for environmental emergencies. It has established an Emergency Rescue Command Center to provide unified leadership and coordination for emergency response efforts across the entire company. The emergency organizational structure comprises the Emergency Command Center, emergency task forces, and an expert panel.
