Training and Combat Integrated—System Training Concludes Successfully; Annual Internal Audit Officially Kicks Off

To continuously enhance the operational effectiveness of the company’s management system and build a professional internal audit team, from July 31 to August 1, the company organized a “System Standards and Internal Auditor Skills Training” for all members of the internal audit team. A total of 18 mid-level managers and 29 key business personnel from various departments participated in the training. Through intensive theoretical instruction and a focus on core standards, this training has laid a solid professional foundation for the company’s upcoming internal audits of the five systems, ensuring that audit activities are carried out precisely and effectively.

This training session features a special lecture by He Jianglin, a nationally certified auditor in quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety, as well as a technical expert in the dual-random inspection and certification industry. The course focuses on three core areas: principles of system management, interpretation of key clauses, and application of internal audit methodologies. Drawing on the latest standards, it distills fundamental knowledge of system management and systematically explains HACCP principles, identification of environmental factors, and hazard analysis. The course also continuously introduces system management methods such as the PDCA cycle, process-oriented approaches, and risk-based thinking, while offering practical improvement suggestions for the company’s existing system documentation. This training covers a wide range of topics and provides highly practical guidance. It not only deepens internal auditors’ understanding of system standards but also strengthens their confidence in using internal audits to drive continuous improvement of the management system.
On August 1, following the successful conclusion of the training session, the 2025 internal audit preparatory meeting was held in the third-floor conference room. Cai Zhenglin, Director of the Company’s Lean Promotion Office and leader of the internal audit team, attended the meeting. During the meeting, the Lean Promotion Office provided an interpretation of the “Implementation Plan for Optimizing the Company’s System Audits and the Management of Auditor Performance,” and made detailed arrangements for the 2025 internal audit work, immediately putting the outcomes of this training into practice.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Cai Zhenglin emphasized three key points: First, attach great importance to the internal audit. The internal audit is not only a strict requirement under the system standards but also a valuable tool for enhancing the company’s management level. The quality of the internal audit process directly affects the overall effectiveness of the company’s system operations; therefore, the internal audit team must place utmost importance on this audit exercise. Second, be conscientious and responsible. Internal auditors should rigorously examine and review the company’s system operations from a professional perspective, comparing them against the system standards and adhering to the principles of fairness and impartiality. They must ensure that no clause in any department is overlooked during the audit and genuinely identify any issues present in the system’s operation. Third, strengthen communication and coordination. During the audit process, internal auditors should maintain close communication with the departments being audited, thoroughly investigate the causes of any nonconformities identified, and confirm findings through mutual communication. After the audit is completed, they should carefully analyze and organize the audit results, ensuring their accuracy before submitting the report.
