On January 22, 2026, Xiangyu Salt & Chemical organized the 2025 Mid-Level Cadre Performance Review Conference. The conference comprehensively reviewed and evaluated the work performance and duty fulfillment of the company’s mid-level management team over the past year, laying a solid foundation for advancing the company’s strategy and enhancing its management in the new year.
At the meeting, heads of various departments delivered systematic, in-depth, and detailed reports covering multiple dimensions, including the achievement of annual performance indicators, progress in completing key annual tasks, notable highlights and innovative achievements, areas of shortcoming and lessons learned for improvement, as well as plans and outlook for the coming year. The reporting process not only demonstrated solid data support and clear logical frameworks but also reflected the managers’ profound understanding of the company’s development strategy, their proactive commitment to their job responsibilities, and their thoughtful guidance for team growth.
This performance evaluation adheres to the principles of objectivity, fairness, and comprehensiveness, covering five key areas—morality, competence, diligence, performance, and integrity—as well as the overall fulfillment of duties. Participants in the on-site evaluation include members of the company’s leadership team, senior management personnel, and employee representatives randomly selected from P3-level or higher staff across various departments, ensuring a diverse and representative perspective. The evaluation process was rigorous and well-organized; all participants completed evaluation forms anonymously, based on their observations of the on-site presentations and their daily insights, thereby exercising their democratic right to supervise and evaluate. This evaluation is not only a comprehensive review of management work but also a platform for the exchange and integration of management ideas, effectively enhancing communication and mutual understanding among all levels of management and strengthening the sense of responsibility, performance awareness, and integrity among all managers.
