1. Selection Criteria
The project to upgrade and retrofit the fire‑proofing layers of the on‑site pipe racks and equipment at the South Plant of Xiangyu Salt Chemical has been approved for construction by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project owner is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., with construction funds self‑raised by the company, and the selecting entity is also Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. As the project now meets all eligibility requirements, an open competitive selection process is hereby initiated for the execution of the works.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.
2.2 Project Scope: Remediation of fire‑protective coating delamination on outdoor steel trusses and equipment skirt supports in the southern plant area of Xiangyu Salt Chemical. Refer to the construction plan for details.
2.3 Bid Evaluation Control Price: RMB 208,005.00.
2.4 Planned Duration: 5 calendar days.
2.5 Scope of Selection: Includes, but is not limited to, the application of fire‑protective coatings to all steel components within the scope of the project’s design and drawings, as well as construction and related measures such as scaffolding, removal of construction waste, and vertical transportation.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post‑qualification review; bidders must hold a Grade III or higher professional contracting qualification for fire‑protection facilities. For further details, please refer to Chapter 2, Instructions to Bidders.
3.2 This selection process does not accept joint venture bids.
