1. Selection Criteria
The project to upgrade the fire‑proofing layers of the on‑site pipe racks and equipment at the South Plant of Xiangyu Salt Chemical has been approved for construction by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project owner is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., with construction funds self‑raised by the company, and the selecting entity is also Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. As the project now meets all conditions for competitive selection, an open tender is hereby announced for the execution of the works.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.
2.2 Project Scope: Remediation of fire‑protective coating delamination on outdoor pipe rack steel trusses and other components at the southern plant area of Xiangyu Salt Chemical. Refer to the construction plan for details.
2.3 Bid Evaluation Control Price: RMB 208,005.00.
2.4 Planned Duration: 5 calendar days.
2.5 Scope of the selection: Includes, but is not limited to, the application of fire‑protective coatings to all steel components within the scope of the project’s design and drawings, as well as scaffolding, removal of construction waste, vertical transportation, and other construction works and related measures.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post‑qualification review; bidders must hold a Grade III or higher professional contracting qualification for fire‑protection facilities. For further details, please refer to Chapter 2, Instructions to Bidders.
3.2 This selection process does not accept joint venture bids.
