1. Price Comparison Criteria
This quotation pertains to the maintenance and price comparison for Calcination Furnace No. 2 at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Joint Alkali Plant, which has been approved by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project owner is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., and the project now meets the conditions for price comparison. We hereby invite quotations and conduct a price‑comparison process for this project.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Price Comparison
2.1 Project Location: Within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
2.2 Project Scope: Overhaul of Calcination Furnace No. 2 for the联碱 process within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. Model and specifications: See the quotation list. Technical requirements: See the quotation list.
2.3 Construction Period: Completion within 15 calendar days as required by Party A.
2.4 Project Scope: Overhaul of Calcination Furnace No. 2 for the联碱 process within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.; model and specifications are detailed in the quotation list. Technical requirements are also specified in the quotation list.
2.5 Bidders are required to provide documentation demonstrating successful maintenance and overhaul of three or more calcination furnaces at soda ash plants with a capacity of 600,000 tonnes per year or greater over the past five years. Such documentation shall include copies or scanned images of relevant contracts (bearing the bidder’s official seal), as well as the contact person and telephone number of the end‑user.
2.6 Participants in this project must provide proof of social insurance or, alternatively, the labor contract and insurance coverage for the previous calciner overhaul.
2.7 The total control price for this procurement is set at RMB 550,000; any bid exceeding the control price shall be deemed invalid.
