1. Selection Criteria
The reinforcement project for the evaporation plant of Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. (second round) has been approved for construction by Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project owner and the entity conducting the competitive selection is Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., with construction funds self‑raised by the company. The project now meets the conditions for competitive selection, and an open competitive selection process is hereby initiated for the execution of the works.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.
2.2 Project Scope: Repair and reinforcement of concrete beams and slabs in the evaporation building of the Suote Salt Chemical Salt‑making Plant, as well as rectification of fiberglass‑reinforced plastic anti‑corrosion coating delamination. See the detailed plan for further details.
2.3 Bid Evaluation Control Price: RMB 256,194.94.
2.4 Planned Duration: 60 calendar days.
2.5 Scope of the selection process: Includes, but is not limited to, all construction and related measures for this project, such as concrete chipping, drilling and rebar anchoring, reinforcement fabrication and installation, formwork erection and installation, repair with polymer-modified cement mortar, repair and strengthening using cement-based grouting materials, as well as scaffolding, removal of construction waste, vertical transportation, and temporary active shoring.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post‑qualification review. Bidders must possess both a Grade III or higher general construction contracting qualification and a specialized contracting qualification for special‑type engineering (structural reinforcement). For further details, please refer to Chapter 2, Instructions to Bidders.
3.2 This selection process does not accept joint venture bids.
