I. Scope of Application:
Maintenance and repair services for the high-voltage variable frequency drives of Boilers No. 3 and No. 4 at Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing City
II. Qualifications and Requirements of Bidders:
1. Party B shall provide the following qualification documents at the time of quotation.
(1) Business License, Tax Registration Certificate, and Organization Code Certificate.
(2) Possesses maintenance and service qualifications authorized by the manufacturer of Hitachi high-voltage variable frequency drives.
(3) Equipped with specialized maintenance and testing equipment, the company has been providing high‑voltage variable frequency drive (VFD) maintenance services for many years, capable of resolving a wide range of operational faults and technical challenges. It offers 24‑hour on‑site service, maintains a substantial scale and proven track record, ensures consistent service quality, proactively prevents equipment failures, and extends equipment lifespan.
(4) The bidder shall have demonstrated maintenance and repair service experience for 10 kV high-voltage variable frequency drives over the past three years, with no fewer than three such projects.
2. Party B’s quotation includes 13% value-added tax.
3. Contract Term: Twelve months from the date the contract takes effect upon signature by both parties.

IV. Selection Method:
1. Procurement Price Cap: A total of eight high-voltage variable-frequency drives are to be procured, with the combined maintenance service cost not exceeding RMB 250,000.
2. Awarding Method: The bidder with the lowest total price—calculated as the sum of the unit prices listed in the quotation for each maintenance project (specifically, the Sote Salt Chemical High-Voltage Variable Frequency Drive Maintenance Project)—shall be awarded the contract.
