To ensure the drinking water needs of all departments and positions at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”), and in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, transparency, and selection of the best bidder, an open inquiry‑and‑comparison process is hereby initiated for the bottled water procurement project. This project is exclusively open to bottled water manufacturers that possess complete production qualifications and their own production lines; applications from entities relying on others, using private labels, engaging in contract manufacturing, subcontracting, or partnering with代理 agencies will not be accepted. Manufacturers that meet all eligibility requirements and demonstrate sufficient capacity to fulfill the contract are encouraged to submit their bids. The relevant details of the project are announced as follows:
I. Basic Project Information
1. Project Name: Bottled Water Procurement Project
2. Procuring Entities: Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. (The contract shall be executed separately for each of the two entities.)
3. Procurement Category and Price Cap: Bottled water, with a specification of 18.0 L per bottle.

4. Service Locations: The purchaser’s departmental offices, meeting rooms, divisional operation rooms, roll-call rooms, maintenance rooms, the thermoelectric water‑supply barge, and other designated water‑delivery points; some positions require delivery to upper floors, with no elevator access.
5. Procurement Method: Open Inquiry and Price Comparison (Comprehensive Evaluation Method)
6. Term of Service: Two (2) years from the date of contract signing.
II. Other Notes
1. Suppliers shall warrant that all bottled water supplied is from reputable brands and is freshly produced within the current month, with no counterfeit or substandard products permitted.
2. The successful bidder shall sign the contract with the procuring entity within five working days of the issuance of the notice of award; failure to do so shall be deemed a waiver of the bid-winning qualification.
3. Suppliers shall establish a dedicated after-sales coordination mechanism to promptly address water quality issues, delivery complaints, and other concerns, ensuring end-to-end follow-up and closed-loop resolution.
4. The procuring entity shall have the right to conduct periodic assessments of the winning supplier’s product quality and delivery services, and may terminate the contract if the assessment results are unsatisfactory.
5. The procuring entity reserves the right of final interpretation of this tendering process.
