2.4 Project Scope and Requirements
(1) Complete the identification of the hazardous waste characteristics of Sote’s salt‑production waste according to relevant standards.
(2) The work’s outcomes must be recognized by the national authority responsible for solid waste environmental management.
2.5 Requirements of the Quoter
(1) The business license’s scope of operations includes environmental consulting or solid waste identification, among other related activities;
(2) The project team, excluding the project leader, must include at least three senior and intermediate-level engineers specializing in chemical engineering or environmental protection, and provide valid professional title certificates as well as proof of social security contributions made by the bidding entity for the past 12 months.
(3) Provide evidence of experience in three or more solid and hazardous waste identification projects, including photocopies of the contract’s first page, the page bearing signatures and official seals, and key pages that clearly detail the scope of services, all stamped with the official seal.
(4) This quotation accepts consortiums.
