Our company is currently conducting a fire safety assessment and plans to select an evaluation service provider through a request-for‑quotation process. We hereby invite your company to participate in the bidding for this evaluation service and kindly submit your quotation for the project’s required fees.
I. Project Overview:
1. Project Location: Within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., No. 98 Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.

The scope of this assessment encompasses the office building, the alkali packaging plant, the fertilizer packaging plant, the large‑granule production plant, the dry ammonium nitrate plant, the heavy ash plant, the calcination plant, the crystallization plant, the external cooling plant, the carbonation plant, the filtration plant, the electrical distribution room, the external cooling distribution room, the mother‑exchange unit frame, the vacuum pump house, the combined alkali complex building, the woven‑bag storage warehouse, the air‑separation substation and switchgear station, the air‑separation compressor building, the air‑separation cabinet room, the central control room, the battery‑grade soda ash plant, the dry coal shed, the coal‑handling trestle, the transfer station, the newly added transfer station, the crushing building, the coal‑slurry preparation facility, the gasification building, the utility‑plant distribution room in the southern plant area, the general mechanical repair workshop, the ammonia synthesis unit, the ammonia refrigeration unit, the shift‑change area, the low‑temperature methanol washing area, the sulfur recovery area, the flare area, and the fire‑pump house. 2. The primary fire‑protection systems include fire pumps, an automatic fire alarm system, an automatic sprinkler system, a gaseous fire‑extinguishing system, a mechanical smoke‑exhaust system, an emergency fire‑alarm broadcasting system, an emergency fire‑lighting system, and indoor and outdoor fire hydrant systems. 3. The total floor area is approximately 100,000 square meters.

II. Qualification Requirements:
1. Possess a valid business license (the license must have been obtained for more than 5 years);
2. At least three fire safety assessment projects must have been completed.
III. Quotation Method and Requirements:
1. This evaluation service fee quotation adopts a one-time pricing mechanism, and the total quoted amount includes both the expert review fees and a 6% tax.
2. The quotation documents must include:
“Quotation Letter”: All documents, including copies of your company’s business license and qualification certificates, must be affixed with the company’s official seal.
3. The estimated project duration is 30 calendar days.
4. No advance payment will be made for this project; full payment will be made in a single installment upon receipt of the official report.
V. Principles for Selecting the Evaluation Service Provider:
Subject to compliance with the required qualifications and project schedule, the lowest bid shall be the sole criterion for selecting the service provider (with no additional fees payable), and the contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder.
VI. Method for Participating in Price Comparison:
Please carefully complete the Quotation Form attached to this invitation, and enclose copies of your company’s business license, evaluation qualification certificates, and other relevant documents.
