1. Selection Criteria
The civil engineering renovation project for the fully automatic packaging machine at Xiangyu Salt Chemical has been approved for construction by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project will be funded entirely through internal corporate resources, and the selection authority rests with Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project now meets all conditions for competitive selection, and an open tender is hereby announced for its construction.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.
2.2 Project Scope: The civil engineering renovation of the fully automatic packaging machine at Xiangyu Salt Chemical’s light soda plant includes wall demolition and masonry, concrete flooring, concrete encasement, and other works, but is not limited to these. The total investment amounts to approximately RMB 234,744.36, inclusive of 9% value-added tax.
2.4 Planned Duration: 40 calendar days.
2.5 Scope of Selection: Construction shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings and bill of quantities provided by Party A, with the specific scope subject to on-site instructions from Party A.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post‑qualification review. Bidders must hold a Grade III or higher general contracting qualification for construction projects, as issued by the competent construction administrative authority. For further details, please refer to Chapter 2, Instructions to Bidders.
3.2 This selection process does not accept joint venture bids.
4. Obtaining the Selection Documents
4.1 Any party intending to participate in the bidding is requested to download the complete set of documents, including the bidding documents, from the selector’s official website at https://www.cqxyyh.com/ starting June 3, 2026. Whether or not such materials are downloaded shall be deemed as evidence that all potential bidders have fully acknowledged the entire bidding process and its contents.
