1. Selection Criteria
The civil engineering works for the renovation of the wall of the Chongqing Sote product warehouse and the columns of the bulk salt storage facility have been approved for construction by Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project will be financed through internal funds, and the procuring entity is Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project now meets the conditions for competitive selection, and an open tender is hereby announced for the execution of the construction works.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.
2.2 Project Scope: The civil engineering works for the renovation of the wall surfaces in the Chongqing Sote product warehouse and the columns in the bulk salt storage facility include plastering, wall coating, concrete column encasement, and other related works, but are not limited to these. The total investment is approximately RMB 417,861.31, inclusive of 9% value-added tax.
2.4 Planned Duration: 35 calendar days.
2.5 Scope of Selection: Construction shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings and bill of quantities provided by Party A, with the specific scope subject to on-site instructions from Party A.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post‑qualification review. Bidders must hold a Grade III or higher general construction contracting qualification issued by the competent construction administrative authority. For further details, please refer to Chapter 2, Instructions to Bidders.
3.2 This selection process does not accept joint venture bids.
4. Obtaining the Selection Documents

Whether or not such materials are downloaded shall be deemed as evidence that all potential bidders have fully acknowledged the bidding process and all associated content.
