1. Project Name: Bottled Drinking Water Procurement Project
2. Purchasing Entity: Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. / Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. (The contract shall be executed separately under the names of the two entities.)
3. Service Locations: The offices of all company departments, meeting rooms, division operation rooms, attendance rooms, maintenance rooms, the thermal power plant’s water‑supply barge, and other designated locations.

5. Term of Service: Two years from the date of contract signing.
Suppliers shall, as required, prepare a complete quotation package, affix the official seal of their organization to all documents, and submit them in a scanned, compressed file. The specific contents include:
1. Quotation letter and detailed quotation list (including the tax‑inclusive unit price per barrel, total price, taxes, delivery terms, and after‑sales service commitments, etc.);
2. Photocopies of the business license and the food business/production permit;
3. Proof of identity of the legal representative and a power of attorney (to be provided by the authorized person participating in the quotation), along with a copy of the authorized representative’s ID card;
4. Third-party water quality test report certifying compliance for the past 12 months;
5. Undertaking stating no record of food safety violations or non-compliance, and no record of dishonesty;
6. Documentation demonstrating production capacity (including supporting materials such as production lines, manufacturing facilities, and capacity specifications), along with a detailed list of existing partner organizations and evidence of collaboration (including cooperation agreements with government and enterprise entities, service certificates, etc.);
7. Proof of water supply service performance from similar entities over the past two years (photocopies of contracts or acceptance documents);
8. Bid Integrity Commitment Letter
9. Any other supplementary materials that the supplier deems necessary to provide.
1. Pricing Principle: This quotation is a one-time, all-inclusive, tax‑included fixed price, covering product costs, packaging, transportation, delivery, basic equipment operation and maintenance, taxes and fees, after-sales service, and empty container recovery—no additional charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
2. Quotation Period: From the date of this announcement until 5:00 p.m. on May 31, 2026 (submissions received after the deadline will be deemed invalid).
3. Submission Method: Submit via the designated email address (please scan the electronic version of the quotation document, affix the official seal, compress it into a single file, and send it to the specified email; the hard copy will be submitted at a later stage).

Bidders that fail to meet the requirements set forth in the inquiry letter will not be eligible to participate in this evaluation.
