VI. Evaluation and Award of Contract
This price comparison will be conducted using the lowest evaluated bid method, with the winning bid determined by the total price. Settlement amounts will be calculated based on the unit prices actually applied. Bids that do not comply with the requirements of the Request for Quotation will not be considered in this evaluation.
VII. Payment Terms
Upon signing the contract, full payment shall be made 60 days after the goods have been delivered, inspected and accepted, and the invoice has been posted to the accounts.
