IV. Qualification and Performance Requirements:
1. Bidding enterprises must be legally established corporate entities and members of the Chongqing Asset Appraisal Association; 2. They must enjoy a good social reputation, have no record of violations of laws and regulations, professional ethics, or practice standards in the past three years, and have no adverse practice records.
3. Have its own name, organizational structure, and articles of association;
4. Other conditions prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
V. Pricing Method: Pricing shall be based on the per-item fee schedule set forth in Appendix 2 of the Chongqing Municipal Asset Valuation Fee Standards (Document No. Yu Jia [2011] No. 258), with the book (original) net value of the scrapped equipment serving as the fee base and a preferential rate applied.
VI. Time Requirements: Upon receipt of this notice, please dispatch personnel to the site for assessment within two days and complete the preparation of the assessment report within fifteen working days. Your organization is requested to submit a quotation based on your specific circumstances; failure to meet these deadlines will result in a deduction of RMB 500 per day.
VII. Please provide a quotation for this project tailored to your organization’s specific circumstances. When submitting the quotation, you must include your business license, proof of legal representative, power of attorney, and membership certificate from the Chongqing Association of Asset Appraisers.
