This quotation project—the comparative bidding documents for the high-pressure cleaning construction of the gasification furnace unit at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical for the year 2026—have been approved for implementation by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project owner is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., and the construction funds are self-financed by the company. The project now meets the conditions for comparative bidding, and we hereby invite quotations for its construction.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Price Comparison
2.1 Project Location: Within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
2.2 Project Scope: High-pressure cleaning works for the gasifier units at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical for the year 2026, with a planned cleaning frequency of 6–8 times per year, each time targeting a single gasifier. The gasification unit comprises two 6.5 MPa, φ3800 mm gasifiers operating in a two-on, one-off configuration, with each gasifier producing 40,000 Nm³/h of syngas (CO + H₂). The gasifier load can be adjusted within the design capacity range of 60% to 123.75%. Each gasifier is equipped with one slag removal system, one syngas scrubbing system, one black-water treatment system, one water-cooled wall system, and one ash-water system. Corresponding to each gasifier, the design capacities of the slag removal system, syngas scrubbing system, black-water treatment system, and ash-water system are matched to the respective gasifier’s capacity.
6. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
Bidders for this price comparison shall meet the following qualification requirements:
6.1 Independent legal entities registered in the People’s Republic of China that are capable of performing the contract and have a registered capital of RMB 500,000 or more;
6.2 The bidder shall possess a valid Safety Production License or a Chemical Anti-Corrosion Safety Construction License, or a Chemical Anti-Corrosion Construction Qualification Certificate issued by the China Chemical Machinery and Power Technology Association (for corrosion inhibitors and related equipment, or for industrial cleaning at Level 2 or above), or a High-Pressure Cleaning Qualification Certificate issued by the China Water Treatment Association (Level 1 qualification). The scope of work must include high-pressure water jet cleaning.
6.3 Provide evidence of at least three valid performance records for high-pressure cleaning of equipment and pipelines in coal chemical plants (including at least one pressurized slurry gasification unit) dating from January 1, 2022 to the present, together with copies of the corresponding contracts; the original contracts shall be kept on file for inspection.
6.4 Consortium bids are not accepted for this quotation.
