3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 An independent legal entity registered within the territory of China.
3.2 The financial condition is sound, with sufficient assets and capabilities to effectively perform the contract.
3.3 The winning bidder must purchase insurance for construction personnel, with coverage of no less than 800,000 yuan per person (except for those covered by the company’s social security). Workers must wear unified factory uniforms as required by the contracting party, and personnel engaged in special operations must hold the appropriate certifications to perform their duties.
