1. Price comparison conditions
This quotation pertains to the toxic and hazardous gas detectors owned by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd., totaling 489 units. To ensure these detectors provide accurate alarms, they must be calibrated annually by a qualified calibration institution in accordance with the national verification procedures for toxic and hazardous gas detectors. The project owner is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd., and the project now meets the conditions for tendering. We are hereby inviting bids for the implementation of this project.
2. Project Overview and Price Comparison Scope
(1) Project Location: Within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Scale: Calibration of 489 toxic and hazardous gas detectors (with accompanying ledger).
(3) Contract Term: 365 calendar days (starting from the date of contract signing).

I. Scope of Application:
Calibration of 489 toxic and hazardous gas detectors at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd.
Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing City
II. Qualifications and Requirements for Bidders:
1. The bidder shall provide the following qualification documents when submitting the bid:
(1) Business license, (Tax Registration Certificate), and Organization Code Certificate.
(2) Business License Scope of Operation: With authorization from the state, we are qualified to carry out calibration and verification services for ammonia, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, flammable gases, methanol, methane, isobutane, acetylene, sulfur hexafluoride, and other substances.
(3) Verification/calibration personnel shall hold verification and calibration certificates issued by the national metrology authority, corresponding to the types of gas detectors used by our company, and shall also possess a Level 2 Metrology Qualification Certificate. (At least five verification personnel’s qualification certificates must be provided.)
(4) Provide valid proof of service contracts for the verification and calibration of toxic and harmful gas detectors signed between 2024 and 2025 with five large-scale chemical enterprises, specifying that each of the five enterprises has no fewer than 200 detectors.
2. The bidder’s quotation for verification and calibration includes 6% value-added tax, round-trip transportation costs for the calibration equipment, certification fees, and postage charges for the certificate.
