1. Selection Criteria
The minor civil engineering maintenance works for the plant area of Xiangyu Salt Chemical and its subsidiaries for the 2026–2027 period have been approved for construction by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., with construction funds to be self-financed by the company. The selection entity is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project now meets the conditions for competitive selection, and an open competitive selection process is hereby initiated for the execution of the construction works.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing Municipality.
2.2 Project Scope: Civil engineering minor maintenance works for Xiangyu Salt Chemical and its subsidiaries. Estimated annual amount: RMB 3.8 million (including 9% VAT), of which RMB 2.2 million per year is allocated to Xiangyu Salt Chemical and RMB 1.6 million per year to Sote Salt Chemical.
2.4 Planned Construction Period: One year from the date of contract signing.
2.5 Scope of Competitive Selection: The scope of this competitive selection covers miscellaneous works within the premises of Xiangyu Salt Chemical and its subsidiaries, including site leveling earthworks, foundation works, main structural works, interior and exterior wall repairs, water supply and drainage systems, electrical and plumbing installations, decorative finishing, window and door works, and other similar items. The specific scope shall be determined in accordance with the project application form, technical briefing documents, on-site instructions, and other materials ultimately provided by the client; the scope of construction includes, but is not limited to, the aforementioned items.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This competitive selection will be conducted through post-qualification review, and bidders must possess a Grade III or higher General Construction Contracting Qualification issued by the competent construction administrative authority. 3.2 Consortium bids will not be accepted for this selection process.
4. Obtaining the Selection Documents

Whether or not such materials are downloaded, it shall be deemed that all potential bidders have fully acknowledged the bidding process and all associated content.
