Invitation for Quotation and Comparison of Construction and Installation Works for the Technical Renovation Project of Bulk Production of Light Soda Ash at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical

1. Price Comparison Conditions
The quotation for the construction and installation works of the Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Light Soda Ash Bulk Production Technology Upgrade Project has been approved by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project owner is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., and the project now meets the conditions for conducting a request-for-quotation and comparative-bidding process. Accordingly, quotations are hereby solicited for this project.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Price Comparison, etc.
2.1 Project Location: Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
2.2 Scope of Construction and Installation Works for the Project:
Civil engineering works: Construction of nine independent steel-structure foundations (with embedded parts to be supplied by Party B); prefabrication and installation of nine concrete crash barriers (1000×1000×500); application of 80 meters of yellow lane markings; and installation of 15 limit tubes totaling 20 meters.
Installation Works: On-site fabrication and installation of an 18,000×8,000×16,000 steel structure (with materials supplied by Party A); shortening and modification of Light Lime Silo No. 2 (by 2 meters); fabrication and installation of Φ630 carbon steel chute pipes (approximately 40 meters); installation of Φ630 valves and flanges (including 4 electrically operated and 2 manually operated units); on-site installation of dust collectors and operating platforms (including approximately 20 meters of 316L reverse-blowing pipes with DN25 and approximately 12 meters of 304 stainless steel ductwork with DN300); foundation construction for two bulk-material loading machines (approximately 1 ton per machine), civil works for the steel structure foundations, and on-site installation of platform walkways; on-site three-sided enclosure using color-coated steel tiles; and corrosion protection work for all steel structures. (Specific parameters are detailed in the attached drawings.) (※Note: Electrical installation works are not included in the above scope.)
2.3 Project Control Price: RMB 289,551.54 (Two Hundred and Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty-One Yuan and Five Jiao and Four Fen).
2.4 Construction Schedule Requirements: The steel structure platform and foundation construction drawings shall be provided by Party B in electronic format for Party A’s review within seven days after the execution of the installation works contract, and the entire installation works shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of contract execution. (Note: The relevant design fees shall be included in the tender quotation.)
3. Design Qualifications and Performance Requirements
Qualification Requirements: The applicant must be a legally independent corporate entity and hold a valid business license issued in accordance with the law; both the business license and the safety production license must be currently valid; and the applicant must possess a Grade II or higher general contracting qualification for construction projects issued by the competent housing and urban–rural development authority.
Performance Requirements: Over the past three years (from January 1, 2022, to the date of quotation, with the completion date as the determining factor), the bidder must have completed one project involving the installation or maintenance of industrial equipment. The bidder shall submit copies of relevant contracts and other supporting documents, duly stamped with the official seal of the bidding entity, and ensure that all information provided is true and valid. Should a bidder be found to have submitted false documentation upon verification, its bid-winning qualification will be revoked, and the bid bond (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Quality Requirements: The construction drawings and steel structure-related works provided by Party B shall comply with the following standards and codes:

GB 50755-2012 Code for Construction of Steel Structure Engineering
GB 50205-2020 “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering.”
