1. Selection Criteria
The sporadic civil engineering and maintenance project for Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. from November to December 2025 has been approved for construction by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. The construction funds will be self-financed by the company, and the selection entity is Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. The project now meets the selection criteria, and we are hereby announcing an open selection process for the construction of this project.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing City.
2.2 Project Scope: Minor civil construction and maintenance projects across all business units of Xiangyu Salt & Chemical. See the Construction Plan for details.
2.3 Comparative Selection Control Price: 348,698.94 yuan.
2.4 Planned construction period: 50 calendar days.
2.5 Scope of Selection: Includes, but is not limited to, sporadic civil engineering maintenance works related to the proposed scheme for this project.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post-qualification review. Bidders must simultaneously hold a Grade III or higher general contracting qualification for construction engineering issued by the competent construction administrative authority. For details, please refer to Chapter 2, “Instructions for Bidders.”
3.2 This selection process does not accept bids submitted by consortia.
4. Obtaining the Selection Documents
4.1 Any party interested in submitting a bid should, starting February 25, 2026, download the bidding documents, proposals, maximum price limits, and all other relevant materials from the bidder’s portal website: https://www.cqxyyh.com/. Whether or not they actually download these materials, they shall be deemed to have fully acknowledged all aspects of the bidding process and all its contents.

5.1 Quotation deadline and bid opening time: 3:00 p.m. on February 27, 2026.
