To all departments:
Due to the needs of the company’s production, operations, and management, and after careful consideration, we have decided to publicly select a Deputy Minister for the Air Separation Division. The relevant details are hereby announced as follows:
I. Types and Number of Positions Selected Through Public Recruitment
1 Deputy Director of the Air Separation Division
II. Qualification Requirements
1. Meet the basic requirements stipulated in the “Management Measures for Middle-Level Managers.”
2. Men must be no older than 54 years old, and women must be no older than 49 years old.
3. Possess a college diploma or higher educational qualification.
4. Currently holding a position at the supervisor level or above (with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a full-time chemical engineering-related major; this requirement may be relaxed for team leader positions), and possessing more than 2 years of work experience in the management of pressurized coal-water slurry gasification production in the new coal-to-chemicals industry.
III. Selection Methods and Procedures
1. Application: Interested and qualified candidates should complete the application form for the competitive selection process (see attachment) and submit it to Office 506 of the Human Resources Department. The application deadline is 5:30 p.m. on May 12.
2. Qualification Review: The Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department, will review the qualification requirements of applicants.
3. Organized selection or open competitive recruitment. The selection method will be determined through company review based on the number of qualified applicants.
