1. Price Comparison Conditions
This quotation pertains to the construction works for the rectification of accident‑response tanks, reaction tanks, and dosing tanks at Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project has been approved by Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., with the company serving as the project owner. All conditions for price comparison have been met, and we now invite quotations through a competitive inquiry process.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Price Comparison
2.1 Project Location: Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
2.2 Project Scope: Construction works for the rectification of accident storage tanks, reaction tanks, and dosing tanks at Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
2.3 Contract Duration: Completion within 200 calendar days after the contract is signed (subject to the Employer’s production schedule).
2.4 Project Scope: Construction works for the remediation project of accident tanks, reaction tanks, and dosing tanks at Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.: Maintenance scope includes fabrication and installation of accident tanks (including anti-corrosion treatment), removal and installation of the upper section of Reaction Tank No. 4 (including anti-corrosion treatment), removal and installation of the bottom plate of Reaction Tank No. 9, and fabrication and installation of dosing tanks. For detailed specifications, please refer to the Bill of Quantities.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 For this price comparison, bidders shall meet the following qualification requirements:
3.1.1 The bidder shall possess a Grade II or higher general contracting qualification for petrochemical engineering construction and shall have the requisite capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
3.1.2 The bidder shall hold a GC1‑level license for the installation, modification, and maintenance of special equipment (pressure pipelines).
3.2 Within the five years preceding the bid submission deadline (January 1, 2021, to the bid submission deadline), the bidder shall have completed at least one construction project involving equipment installation or maintenance in the chemical industry.
3.3 This price comparison requires bidders to hold a valid safety production license.
3.4 This price comparison does not accept consortium bids.
