1. Selection Criteria
The design scheme for the protection works of the gas transmission pipeline along the access road to Well Site No. 102 of Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. in Wanzhou District has been approved by Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project’s construction funds will be self‑raised by the company, and the selecting entity is Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project now meets the conditions for competitive selection, and a public tender is hereby announced for the specialized protection design of this engineering work.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: Ganning Town, Wanzhou District, Chongqing Municipality.
2.2 Project Name: Design of the Protection Scheme for the Gas Pipeline Along the Access Road to Well Pad 102 of Suote Salt Chemical, Wanzhou District.
2.3 The quotation for this project shall be a fixed lump-sum price, with a maximum ceiling of RMB 42,000 (inclusive of VAT).
2.4 Planned Duration: 15 calendar days.
2.5 Scope and Scale of the Selection: Conduct a specialized protection design for the gas transmission pipeline located beneath the access road to Well Site ZK0102 at the Suote Salt Chemical Plant in Wanzhou District.
2.6 Quality Requirements: The technical deliverables shall comply with the relevant national and Chongqing municipal technical standards and specifications, and shall pass a safety assessment conducted by a qualified safety evaluation agency.
2.7 Payment Terms: The technical deliverables (proposal) shall be deemed compliant following a safety assessment conducted by a qualified safety‑assessment agency and approved by the pipeline owner. If the safety assessment is unsatisfactory or the proposal fails to pass the pipeline owner’s review, Party A shall have the right to withhold payment.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post-qualification review; bidders must meet the following eligibility requirements.
(1) Possess a Class B or higher professional qualification in the oil and gas industry (pipeline transportation).
(2) One comparable project must be provided (e.g., contract or other relevant supporting documents).
3.2 This selection process does not accept joint venture bids.
4. Obtaining the Selection Documents
4.1 All parties intending to participate in the bidding are requested, starting from July 17, 2026, to download the complete set of documents—including the selection documents, proposals, and the maximum price limit—from the selector’s official website: https://www.cqxyyh.com/. Whether or not such materials are downloaded shall be deemed as evidence that all potential bidders have fully acknowledged the entire selection process and its contents.
