1. Price Comparison Conditions
This quotation pertains to the price‑comparison process for Sote Salt Chemical’s clean production project, which has been approved by Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. The project owner is Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., and the project now meets all conditions for price comparison. We hereby invite quotations and conduct a price‑comparison procedure for this project.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Price Comparison
2.1 Project Location: Within the premises of Chongqing Suote Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
2.2 Project Scale: /
2.3 Construction Period: 3 months.
2.4 Project Scope and Requirements
(1) Conduct on-site inspections for cleaner production in accordance with relevant standards, prepare audit reports, and carry out review procedures.
(2) Upon completion of Party A’s cleaner production project, prepare the acceptance report in accordance with applicable standards.
(3) The review report and the acceptance report have been approved and endorsed by the competent authority.
2.5 Requirements of the Quoter
(1) The business license’s scope of operations includes environmental consulting or similar services;
(2) Must possess a Clean Production Audit Service Capability Evaluation Certificate or other equivalent qualification.
(3) Provide evidence of three environmental consulting projects, including photocopies of the contract’s first page, the page bearing signatures and official seals, and key pages that clearly detail the scope of services, all stamped with the official seal.
