1. Price Comparison Conditions
This quotation pertains to the Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Minor Technical Renovation Project. The design price comparison has been approved by Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., with Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. serving as the project owner. The project now meets the requirements for a request-for‑price‑and‑comparison tender, and we hereby invite submissions of quotations for this project.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Price Comparison, etc.
2.1 Project Location: Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
2.2 Scope of Project Design: 1. Comprehensive design for video surveillance of the liquid ammonia spherical tank and the small liquid ammonia storage tanks; 2. Comprehensive design for the arrangement of ammonia detectors on the liquid ammonia spherical tank; 3. Installation of additional control valves on the inlet and outlet branch lines of the liquid ammonia spherical tank; 4. Provision of automatic control valves on the gaseous ammonia pipelines of liquid ammonia storage tanks No. 1–6. The design encompasses process, piping, instrumentation, and electrical engineering disciplines. In accordance with Document No. 47 [2025] issued by the Chongqing Emergency Management Bureau—“Category II Changes in Instrumentation, Control, and Safety Systems”—the scope also includes: 5. General site layout plan; 6. Layout of toxic gas detectors in the external cooling plant, chiller plant, crystallization plant, ammonia storage tanks, and other facilities; 7. Site‑wide video surveillance layout plan; 8. Classification of explosion‑hazard areas (for the existing plant area).
2.3 Project Control Price: RMB 95,000 (Ninety-five thousand yuan exactly)
2.4 Design Duration: Completion within 30 calendar days as required by Party A. The successful bidder shall provide, for a period of two years following the termination of this design contract, free services for drawing revisions and amendments, including stamping. Such revisions and amendments shall not exceed the scope of the original design contract.
