2.5 Scope of the selection process: Includes, but is not limited to, all construction and related measures within the scope of the project’s design scheme and drawings, such as concrete chipping, drilling and rebar anchoring with chemical anchors, fabrication and installation of reinforcing steel, formwork erection, repair using polymer-modified cement mortar and reinforcement with cement-based grouting materials, as well as scaffolding, removal of construction waste, vertical transportation, temporary active shoring, and isolation of ongoing works.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post‑qualification review. Bidders must hold both a Grade II or higher General Construction Contractor Qualification and a Specialized Contractor Qualification in Special Engineering (Structural Strengthening). 3.2 This selection process does not accept joint venture bids.
