2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender
2.1 Project Location: No. 98, Longxiang Avenue, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.

2.5 Scope of the selection process: Includes, but is not limited to, all construction and related measures within the scope of the project’s design scheme and drawings, such as concrete chiseling, drilling and rebar anchoring with chemical anchors, reinforcement fabrication and installation, formwork erection and installation, repair using polymer‑modified cement mortar and restoration/reinforcement with cement‑based grouting materials, as well as scaffolding, removal of construction waste, vertical transportation, temporary active shoring, and isolation of work areas.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 This selection process will employ a post‑qualification review. Bidders must hold both a Grade II or higher general construction contracting qualification and a specialized contracting qualification for special‑type engineering (structural reinforcement).
