The equipment is a TYDEW‑100S (10,000 Nm) electric torque wrench, originally manufactured by Wuhan Tianyuda Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. with a factory date of February 2023. The repair work will be outsourced. Specifically, Plug‑in Torque Wrench No. 1 exhibits a black screen and the wrench head fails to rotate; Plug‑in Torque Wrench No. 2 continues to run without stopping once the preset torque is reached. Both units require repair or replacement, and each will undergo torque calibration.
2.3 Construction Period: To be completed in accordance with Party A’s requirements.
