(1) Within the red-line boundary of the temporary land use for Well ZK0102 at the Xinfeng Rock Salt Exploration Project in Ganning Town, Wanzhou District, Chongqing, there are two nursery farms: the Wuliling Nursery Farm in Wanzhou District, Chongqing (covering approximately 20 square meters), and the Chunya Nursery Farm on Yangda Road in Ganning Town, Wanzhou District (covering approximately 1.8 mu). The nursery stock includes Chinese scholar trees, crape myrtles, mandarin orange trees, Chinese toon trees, and other species. An appraisal has been conducted to determine compensation for the relocation of these nursery plants; during the appraisal process, any expenses incurred in coordinating with the entities holding ownership rights to the nursery stock shall be borne by the appraisal firm.
(2) Service Period: The assessment services under this project shall commence upon issuance of the Notice of Award and continue until the completion of all asset appraisals for the relocation of seedlings and trees within the temporary land-use area, the issuance of the formal appraisal report, and the provision of follow-up coordination and clarification in accordance with Party A’s requirements. The overall service period shall be determined based on on-site operations and the status of documentation completion. On-site surveys and data collection must be completed within three calendar days of entry onto the site, and the formal appraisal report must be submitted within five calendar days after the conclusion of the survey.
IV. Qualification and Performance Requirements:
1. Bidding enterprises must be corporate entities duly established in accordance with the law;
2. Possesses qualifications for asset valuation;
3. Possesses a strong reputation in the community, has not engaged in any violations of laws and regulations, professional ethics, or practice standards over the past three years, and maintains an unblemished professional record.
4. It has its own name, organizational structure, and articles of association;
5. Other conditions prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
V. Pricing Method: Pricing shall be based on the per-item fee schedule set forth in Annex II of the Chongqing Municipal Asset Valuation Fee Standards (Document No. Yu Jia [2011] 258), with the assessed value serving as the fee‑calculation base. The lowest bid that meets the qualification requirements shall be selected.
6. Time Requirements: Please arrive on site for the assessment within one day of receiving this notice, and submit the completed assessment report within seven business days. Your organization is requested to provide a quotation based on your specific circumstances; failure to meet the deadline will result in a deduction of RMB 500 per day.
