Summary:

Xuetian Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. is the first nationwide modern joint-stock company in the salt industry that integrates production and sales and operates across provincial boundaries. On March 26, 2018, Xuetian Salt Industry (stock code: 600929) was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and hailed as “China’s First Stock to Undergo Salt Reform.” The company’s salt and salt chemical production capacity has reached 7 million tons, and its asset size and overall strength have placed it among the top three in China’s salt industry.
Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xiangyu Salt & Chemical) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xuetian Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. Located in Wanzhou District, Chongqing Municipality, it is a state-designated producer of edible salt and a large-scale joint alkali production enterprise. The company has a production capacity of 1.2 million tons of salt and 1 million tons of joint alkali, with total assets currently amounting to 3.6 billion yuan. Due to business needs, we are now publicly recruiting 10 forklift operators, 6 operation and maintenance workers, 23 packaging workers, 1 crane operator, and 8 other auxiliary workers, totaling 48 positions.
I. Job Positions and Requirements
(1) 10 forklift operators
1. Job requirements:
(1) Male applicants must be under 40 years old (born after March 1983); female applicants must be under 35 years old (born after March 1988); and hold a high school diploma or higher.
(2) Able to independently operate a forklift and hold a forklift operator’s special operations certificate.
(3) In good physical health and able to endure hardship and work diligently.
2. Shift Schedule: Three shifts with two-day rotation, 12-hour workday;
3. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a piece-rate wage system with a monthly salary ranging from 4,500 to 5,500 yuan per month. In addition, we provide seniority-based pay, year-end performance bonuses, and other benefits. We also contribute to the five social insurances and one housing fund, provide free meals and shuttle buses for commuting, and distribute various gift allowances and holiday gifts.
(2) 6 operators for ammonia synthesis, gasification, and combined alkali production
1. Job Qualifications:
(1) Male applicants must be under 40 years old (born after March 1983); female applicants must be under 35 years old (born after March 1988).
(2) Associate degree or above; preference given to candidates with majors in chemical engineering or related fields, and those with optimized work experience in chemical engineering-related roles.
(3) In good physical health and able to endure hardship and hard work;
2. Work Shifts: Four shifts, two per shift, with a 12-hour workday. On average, employees work 15 days per month and have 15 days off.
3. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a performance-based salary system with monthly wages ranging from RMB 3,500 to RMB 5,500 per month. In addition, we provide seniority-based pay, year-end performance bonuses, and other benefits. We contribute to the five social insurances and one housing fund, provide free meals and shuttle buses for commuting, and distribute various gift allowances and holiday gifts.
(3) 23 packaging workers
1. Job Qualifications:
(1) Male applicants must be under 40 years old (born after March 1983); female applicants must be under 35 years old (born after March 1988); and hold a high school diploma or higher.
(2) In good physical health and able to endure hardship and work diligently;
2. Shift Schedule: Two-shift system with three shifts or two-shift system with four shifts, 12-hour workdays.
3. Compensation and Benefits: RMB 3,500 to RMB 4,500 per month. In addition, we provide seniority-based pay, year-end performance bonuses, and other benefits. We contribute to the five social insurances and one housing fund, offer subsidized meals and shuttle bus services, and distribute various gift allowances and holiday gifts.
(4) 1 crane operator
1. Job requirements:
(1) Male applicants must be under 40 years old (born after March 1983); female applicants must be under 35 years old (born after March 1988); high school education or above.
(2) Priority will be given to candidates holding a special operation certificate for driving.
(3) In good physical health and able to endure hardship and hard work;
2. Work Shifts: Four shifts, two to three per shift, with a 12-hour workday. On average, employees work 15 days per month and have 15 days off.
3. Compensation and Benefits: RMB 3,500 to RMB 4,000 per month. In addition, employees receive seniority-based pay, year-end performance bonuses, and other benefits. We provide five social insurances and one housing fund, offer subsidized meals and shuttle services, and distribute various gift allowances and holiday gifts.
(5) 8 other auxiliary workers
1. Job requirements:
(1) Male applicants must be under 40 years old (born after March 1983); female applicants must be under 35 years old (born after March 1988); high school education or above.

II. Basic Requirements
1. Comply with the Constitution and laws, and maintain high professional ethics.
2. Possesses the professional expertise necessary to fulfill job responsibilities, demonstrates strong professional ethics, complies with laws and regulations, works diligently and responsibly, collaborates effectively in a spirit of unity, maintains integrity in professional conduct, has no record of improper performance, and enjoys a positive work style, image, and professional reputation.
3. Possesses sound psychological qualities and the physical fitness necessary to perform duties normally.
4. Other circumstances that do not affect employment (such as having a criminal record, drug abuse, restrictions on engaging in certain professions, or having an existing labor relationship with another entity). If there is any situation requiring avoidance of holding office, applicants must truthfully disclose such relationships in the application form.
III. Recruitment Process
(1) Registration
1. Application Period: The application period will be announced according to the requirements of the recruitment process and will also be posted on the Wanzhou Talent Network.
2. Registration method: You may register online or in person at the company.
3. Application Requirements: Download the “Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. 2024 Recruitment Application Form,” and complete it accurately, fully, and in accordance with the specified format. 4. Application Materials: Applicants should scan and attach to the application form the following documents: their ID card, diploma and degree certificates, the electronic registration and filing certificate from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Information Network (CHSI), and, for overseas graduates, the certificate of foreign academic degree authentication. Applicants who fail to submit the required application materials as specified will not be considered for the qualification review.
(2) Qualification Review
Xiangyu Salt & Chemical will conduct a preliminary qualification review of applicants based on the information provided in their application forms, comparing it against the job requirements. Candidates who pass the initial qualification review will be notified by phone or text message to proceed to the next stage. Applicants must bring the original certificates for verification before the start of the next stage. Those who do not pass the initial qualification review will not receive further notification.
(3) Written Examination and Interview
1. Written Examination. Whether or not a written examination will be conducted will be determined based on the number of candidates who have passed the initial qualification review. If a written examination is held, the time and location will be announced separately. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview according to their written examination scores, ranked from highest to lowest, at a ratio specified for each recruitment position.
2. Interview: The time and location of the interview will be announced separately. The passing score for the interview is 70 points; candidates scoring below this threshold will not advance to the next stage.
(4) Psychological Testing and Physical Examination
1. Psychological testing: The number of candidates selected for psychological testing will be equal to the number of positions available, as per the recruitment plan. Candidates who fail the psychological test or voluntarily withdraw will be replaced in order of their interview scores—from highest to lowest—up to a maximum of two replacements.
2. Medical Examination: The medical examination will be uniformly organized and conducted by Xiangyu Yanhua, in accordance with the medical examination and hiring requirements for civil servants in Chongqing Municipality. Candidates who fail the medical examination or voluntarily withdraw will be successively supplemented from among those who passed the interview, in descending order of their interview scores (supplementation shall not exceed two rounds).
(5) Assessment (including final qualification review)
Xiangyu Salt & Chemical conducts investigations and assessments of candidates who have passed the medical examination. The assessment methods include on-site surveys, questionnaire surveys, telephone interviews, and more. The assessment content covers verifying basic personal information, checking the authenticity of work histories, and understanding the reasons for previous departures from employment.
(6) Hiring and Public Announcement
The Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Research Institute has identified the candidates to be hired and submitted their names to the Human Resources Department of the Group Company. The proposed hires will then be publicly announced. After the announcement period (5 working days) expires, if no issues affecting their employment are found, the hiring procedures will be carried out according to the prescribed process.
IV. Application Instructions
