2.5 The repair manufacturer must possess the production qualifications for the supplied products (traders are not accepted). Over the past five years, the manufacturer must have at least three successful project references from soda ash plants with a capacity of 600,000 tons or more. Copies or scanned copies of contracts (with the official seal of the supplier manufacturer) must be provided, along with the contact person and telephone number of the end-user.
